From Quilts to Cards: A Creative Journey
This past week has been a whirlwind of creativity, and I couldn’t wait to share it with you! First up was the Mid-Atlantic Quilt Festival, a paradise for quilting enthusiasts. I had the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry, see incredible quilt exhibits, and add a few new techniques to my crafting toolkit. It was a true celebration of textile artistry!
Next, I attended Creative Escape, where I put down the fabric and picked up paper, glue, and stamps. This retreat was all about making handmade greeting cards, and I had so much fun experimenting with new designs, colors, and embellishments. Crafting in a community of like-minded creatives always sparks fresh inspiration!

Looking Ahead: Sewing By The Sea!
And the crafting fun doesn’t stop there! My next retreat is in April at Sewing By The Sea (NeedleArts Adventure). A full week dedicated to sewing, learning, and relaxing with fellow creatives—what could be better?
