A New Adventure: Mid-Atlantic Quilt Festival
This Wednesday, I’ll have the privilege of attending the Mid-Atlantic Quilt Festival in Hampton, VA, and I’m beyond excited! It’s my first time attending this show, and I’m looking forward to an amazing experience. I’ll be taking two classes that I’ve been eagerly anticipating. The first is with the talented Cynthia England, and I’m excited to get my book signed by her. Her work has always been an inspiration, and I can’t wait to learn directly from her.
The second class will be with David Owen Hastings, focusing on the “seam out quilted pillow.” I’m really looking forward to mastering this technique and using it in future projects. In addition to the classes, I’ll have the chance to attend lectures and a preview show, offering insights into the latest trends in quilting and sewing. I’ll be sure to share all the exciting details once I return!
