This day carries a mix of joy and tenderness for me. If you’re blessed to have your mother with you, cherish every moment and love her deeply. I lost my mother just three days before my birthday in 2019, and each Mother’s Day since has felt bittersweet. Still, I give thanks—she filled our lives with love, and I hold onto that every day.

One Month Into Retirement
Can you believe it? It’s almost been a month since I retired—and it’s been beautiful. The 6:00am alarms are gone, replaced with peaceful mornings and 10:00am starts. Time feels different now… and I’m embracing every second.
