Wrapping Up Last Year’s Projects
After a busy week in the studio, I finally wrapped up a big batch of zippered pouches that had been in the works since last year—25 in total, each finished with a fun zipper charm! These pouches were a popular item at the farmer and artisan markets last season, so they’re making a return to the table this year.
A Weekend of Sewing & Strategic Planning
This past weekend was all about sewing, planning, and preparing for the upcoming market season. I completed both small and large sizes of the zippered pouches and finalized decisions on which returning items to focus on this year.
Backpacks Are Back!
Backpacks were another best-seller last year, and I’ve decided to bring them back to the lineup. My goal is to have at least 20 ready before the season starts. They’re functional, stylish, and perfect for anyone who loves handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces.
Craft Show Countdown—Start Now
If you’re prepping for your own market or craft show season, now’s the time to get organized. Think about what sold well, what customers asked for, and what you loved making. Start pulling together those items so your table is full of handmade goodness when it’s time to set up.
